HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 30 days from delivery, no questions asked. Email hello@pausdlife.com and we will sort it immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO? Email hello@pausdlife.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement straight away. You do not need to return the damaged item.

DOES THE PAUSD FLOW ACTUALLY WORK? It works by slowing your exhale, which directly activates your parasympathetic nervous system — your body's calming mode. This is well researched science, not a gimmick. Most people feel a shift within 60 seconds.

HOW DO I USE THE PAUSD FLOW? Inhale through your nose for 4 counts. Place your lips on the pendant opening. Exhale slowly through it for 6 to 8 counts. Repeat 3 to 5 times. That is the entire technique.
