SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays. These factors are outside our control.
Shipping Costs Free worldwide shipping on all orders over Dhs. 200. Standard shipping on orders below Dhs. 200 is Dhs. 18 worldwide.
Order Tracking Every order is sent with tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can track your order at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@pausdlife.com.
Customs and Duties International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Pausd Life has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@pausdlife.com and we will investigate immediately and resolve the issue.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@pausdlife.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
